Description of the brand : 
Experimentation, research of original exclusive effects and quality "Made in Tuscany" characterize the HANGAR brand, a casual streetwear brand of clothing and accessories. HANGAR was founded in Prato in 2020 on the initiative of the young entrepreneur Leonardo Sarti, a member of the Sarti family, which has more than 40 years of experience in the textile chemistry field. Innovation and tradition come together in HANGAR. The brand has its roots in the experimentation of processing techniques and research of innovative materials. It is very important for the company to maintain a strong bond with the Tuscan territory. The quality of HANGAR begins with the selections of high quality raw materials, coming from Prato's textile district which is the largest textile center in Europe. Furthermore, thanks to several partnerships with Tuscan manufacturers, HANGAR is able to control the whole garment life cycle.

Description of the collection : 
New Roots. Starting from its origins, HANGAR traces a new path and rewrite its own history. The experimentation on dyeing techniques and the passion for colours are still at the heart of HANGAR. The new colour palette - more linked with our territory - as well as the sophisticated fusion of shades, enhance our research. The warm cotto colour of the Tuscan rooftops tiles, ochre and sienna, sage green and iris violet : all the colours become powdery and desaturated to enhance the melange and to give the garments a slightly vintage look. In the FW 22-23 collection, HANGAR has a careful attention to details, for example to the use of the cover stitch. The fit is relaxed and very comfortable. New fabrics become part of HANGAR world : cotton twill and corduroy tell a story of resistant materials, which take inspiration from workwear garments, also perfect for a more structured fit. The collection expands to include some cult pieces like cargo trousers and coach jackets, versatile garments which come from the 90’s trend and lead the casual wear market. Branded graphics appear on patches or on the fabrics with new printing techniques, mainly off-tone to leave the field to the dyeing techniques, the absolute protagonists of the collection.
