The general conditions of use govern the relationship between the Visitor who has subscribed or not to an account and NOMET about the use of information given in the Digital Showroom part and the part accessible to the public on https://www.nomet-france.com. After having made a subscription request to have access to the Digital Showroom part, NOMET reserves the right to validate or not the access to information related to the collections of fashion Designer brands.

The descriptions of the works of art proposed on https://www.nomet-france.com only engage the Artist. If the Buyer wants more details on a work of art, he/she can contact NOMET, our team will send them to the Artist to provide a precise reply to the Buyer. The works of art are presented for sale subject to their availability. A quotation can be provided if the Buyer wishes an option on a work of art such as a custom frame, for this the Buyer can send us a request via the contact form with the desired details. NOMET is only the intermediary between the Artist and the Buyer. NOMET is not responsible for the precision of any works of art and product information or links to other websites related to brands. NOMET cannot be held responsible for the content or any other information available on or from these websites or for having trusted the content linking the brand.

6) Validation of the order :

During the order validation of the Buyer, the Buyer may make modifications to make a change, he/she may contact NOMET on the condition that the order has not yet been transmitted to the carrier. Even if most of the Artists accept to work on a work of art that has already been sold, NOMET must confirm the validation of the order with the Artist. When validating the order in the buying cart, NOMET will receive an automatic email on behalf of the Buyer. At this moment, NOMET will check with the Artist the availability. In the absence of a response, the work of art is considered to be no longer available. In case of unavailability of the work of art, NOMET will inform the Buyer, so the order is then cancelled. In case of availability of the work of art, NOMET will confirm the purchase of the work of art to the Buyer and will send him/her an order confirmation email to place an order on a personalized and secure link. This email will summarize the description of the order and the general conditions. The Buyer is invited to report to NOMET any misstatements contained in this summary. It is quite possible to order several works of art from different Artists in the same order. The order of several works of art by the same Artist can be invoiced at once by this same Artist. Ordering multiple works of art from different Artists will be invoiced separately by each different Artist. The Buyer must be of legal age to buy.


7) Payment of the order :

The payment of the orders is made online securely. Payment will be made by credit card or PayPal ; the retail prices of works of art are indicated in €uro. All the orders will be shipped only after receipt of payment. For delivery addresses in Europe, prices include delivery costs, as they are free. For international delivery addresses outside Europe, the amount of the delivery costs will be indicated when the Buyer validates the order, just before paying. After confirmation of the availability of the work of art, and upon receipt of payment for the work of art from the Buyer, NOMET will inform the Artist to prepare and send the order to the Buyer. The Artist will send the invoice to the Buyer with the order of the work of art.


8) Delivery of the order :

All the necessary information concerning the Buyer name and complete address, engage the Buyer responsibility. NOMET and the Artist will not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the Buyer order. Deliveries of works of art are made to the shipping address indicated when ordering the Buyer. All the delivery costs depend on the destination of the delivery address and the weight of the package. The works of art of the different Artists will be delivered to the Buyer separately. All the works of art are protected by the Artist for transport and are sent with insurance and can be delivered worldwide.


9) Custom fees :

It is important to specify that you are responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties that may be claimed in your country. You are also responsible for any steps to proceed to receive a package according to the applicable law of your country. For more information, you have the possibility to contact the customs offices of your country.


10) Delivery time :

Delivery times are given for information only, because there may be cases of delivery delays on behalf of the carrier or customs.


11) Withdrawal period :

The withdrawal period is a period during which you can give up to your purchase, even after having paid. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt date of your package. This right of renunciation is established by law, NOMET and the Artist are obliged to respect it. Legislation update is currently applicable in France. Before returning the articles of your order, you have to contact NOMET by email to info@nometfrance.com. All the articles have to be in perfect conditions and in their original packaging. The work of art must imperatively be returned directly to the Artist concerned with all documents and after confirmation by email from NOMET. The Buyer is responsible in the event of deterioration of the work of art when it is returned to the Artist. The Artist will inform NOMET of the reception of the work of art. NOMET will reimburse you after verification with the Artist, the return delivery costs will be at your charge. The works of art that have a custom service are not affected by the withdrawal period.


12) Defect of the article :

Upon receipt of the package, the Buyer has to take the time to check the good condition of his/her order in the presence of the carrier. The Buyer can refuse a package that appears to have been opened or seriously damaged, he/she will send to NOMET some photos of the damage. If he/she accidentally received a defective or non-conforming article, he/she will also send to NOMET some photos of the damage. After verifications with the Artist, a proposal for restoration or replacement could be proposed. Depending on the situation, the best solution will be communicated to the Artist, the Buyer and NOMET. The Buyer will contact NOMET by email to info@nometfrance.com. The Artist undertakes to respect the guarantee of defects of conformity and will organize the return of the article at his/her expense.


13) Property :

All the Artists retain ownership of the works of art they have sold until the final payment received.

14) Liability :

NOMET will not be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from the consultation of this website https://www.nomet-france.com by a Visitor or from newsletters sent by NOMET. We also do not guarantee secure access to this website https://www.nomet-france.com despite all the precautions taken with our partners. NOMET will not be responsible for any errors or omissions about the information on the Artist and the works of art. The Buyer is solely responsible for the resale right of the work of art. NOMET cannot be held responsible for the content that the Buyer may put in place concerning works of art that have been purchased via https://www.nomet-france.com. NOMET disclaims any liabilities for any litigations that may be maintained for any reasons.

15) Applicable legislation :

For litigation concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these general conditions, the Paris Courts alone shall have jurisdiction. This website is subject to the French law. Any claim must be made by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
